Transferring Data to Desktop Programs
Option 1 - Using the Export to MemoPad Function
On the M! opening screen, press the Utilities button. Press Export
to MemoPad. Then select which data
file (Schedule, Agenda, Attendees, or Action Items) you wish to export.
After the next Hotsynch, open your Palm desktop and select the Memo button.
Identify the Memo which
contains your exported data. Select the Memo in the Memo Pad list.
Highlight the data in the right window
by clicking and dragging your mouse arrow from the beginning of the data
to the end. Pull down the Edit menu
and select Copy.
Open your desktop application (the comma delimited format transfers most
easily to a spreadsheet.)
Place your mouse cursor where you wish to import the data. Pull down
the Edit menu of your
spreadsheet or document and select Paste.
Format and print as desired.
